Shape Early, a community initiative based in Berkshire, UK and soon becoming a charity, works to foster lasting resilience throughout life's changes. Though its long‑term aim spans all transitions, the current focus is early childhood. The pilot, called the Early Childhood Compass, offers hands‑on assistance to parents and carers of children aged 0‑6, aiming to guide them through this vital stage with clear information, stronger connections and greater confidence, so they can build resilience before crises arise.
